Description
The route creates an opportunity to deliver a permeability link between the environs of Glencar/West Letterkenny Urban Area and the Business Park Area located on the N56 to the east, home to some of the Countyโs largest employers. The route shall also provide an attractive active travel link to the future Atlantic Technological University Sports Hub to be located adjacent to the N56 Business Park Road as well as existing primary and secondary schools in the area.
The successful Consultant appointed will be required to undertake the duties and services associated with the design of the road realignment and enhancement requirements in accordance with TII Publications and TII Project Management Guidelines. The Consultant appointed will be required to undertake the duties and services associated with the delivery of the project including but not limited to; General duties, Phase 5 Enabling and Procurement, Phase 6: Construction and Implementation and Phase 7: Close out and Review.
