- The Ministry of Health (MoH) has received financing from the World Bank (Pandemic Fund) toward the cost of the Quality Essential Health Services and Systems Support Project (QEHSSSP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Ingredients to produce 40,000 Alcohol-Based Hand Rub and 225,000 Lts Liquid Soap, Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, Sulphonic Acid, Ethanol, Dispensers, and other items outlined in the Schedule of Requirements
- The Integrated Health Projects Administration Unit of the Ministry of Health now invites bids from eligible Bidders with experience in supplying ingredients to produce Alcohol based hand rub and liquid soaps. The goods are to be delivered within three months upon signing of the contract. The goods are to be delivered to the Bo Government Hospital, Bo City.
3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Market Approach (National Competitive Procurement) using the Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bankโs โProcurement in Investment Project Financing โ Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services (dated July 2016 and revised in November 2017, August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 and February 2025), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Thousand Leones (Le 2,000) or equivalent in any freely convertible currency.
