Поръчката се провежда с цел събиране (инкасиране) на суми за ВиК услуги от потребителите на „Водоснабдяване и канализация“ ЕООД гр. Стара Загора срещу възнаграждение (комисион), определен в процент, чрез on-line обмен на данни. Изпълнителят събира суми за ВиК услуги от потребителите, от името на Възложителя, които превежда по негова банкова сметка. Банковите такси за извършване на преводи по сметка на Възложителя ще са за сметка на Изпълнителя в частта на обслужващата го банка. Услугата ще се извършва на територията на Република България с ресурси и чрез използване на софтуер на избрания за Изпълнител. Събирането на дължимите суми се извършва от Изпълнителя по предоставена on-line информация от страна на Възложителя във вид на електронна база данни. Прогнозното количество за срока на договора е 65 500 000 € с ДДС. Прогнозната стойност е 790 000 € без ДДС.
