Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.Description of the Work: Removal and replacement of the existing boilers, pumps and associated work as identified in Scope of Work document.Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and โConsent of Suretyโ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders.There will be a mandatory site meeting on Wednesday, May 6th at 11:30 a.m. All interested parties shall meet at the front door of Leisure Plus Lodge in Kennedy, Saskatchewan.The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
