Description
This Tender is for a supplier to undertake remediation and landscaping development work including hard and soft surface landscaping, the installation of associated street furniture and landscape features at Kerrier Way, Camborne.
Key elements of the landscape works include the completion and/or remediation of unfinished works as follows:
โข Rectification and completion of paths and paved seating areas.
โข General remediation of the site following a long term pause in construction activities
โข Installation of remaining landscape furniture and features, including benches, seating walls and bespoke gateway art/features.
โข Soft landscaping including, preparation works and weeding, seeding, amenity planting, boundary planting and tree planting.
The estimated overall maximum budget for the tender is ยฃ215,000 (exc. VAT) although this will be ultimately determined by the bid prices which are returned as part of this tender.
The Contract period will be 8 weeks with an option to extend to 12 weeks
