The works comprise the supply and construction of a demountable amenities building in a factory in Darwin, construction of concrete block footings, stairs and landing for the building in a factory in Darwin, transport of the demountable amenities building, footings, stairs and landing to Channel Island Zone Substation, installation of the concrete footings, amenities building, stairs and landing on the concrete block foundations, supply and installation of fixtures and fittings including gyprock, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, PC items, etc.
All Works must comply with relevant Australian Standards, BCA, NCC, Power and Water standards and the Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (DLI) Specifications including specification for Small Building Works.
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the Works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, ensuring a durable long-life asset.
