Description
Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka železničních jednotek BEMU a EMU (dále jen vozidla“) plně způsobilých k provozu na železničních tratích rozchodu 1 435 mm na území České republiky, včetně všech povolení, schválení, souhlasů a registrací, jež jsou dle legislativy platné ke dni předání příslušného vozidla zadavateli nezbytné k provozu a používání dodávaných vozidel, a které umožní zadavateli řádně a bez omezení provozovat a používat vozidla na území České republiky. Součástí předmětu zakázky je i dodání technické dokumentace náležející k vozidlům.
