Description
The EASTECO invites Technical and Financial proposals from competent and eligible firms or consortium of firms (Bankers/Insurers/Funds manager) from all the eight (8) EAC Partner States to submit their applications for the above services.

The selection shall be based on Quality and return based selection, whose procedure is detailed in this Bidding Documents.

Section 1 - Letter of Invitation
Section 2 - Information to Bidders
Section 3 - Technical Proposal submission form
Section 4 - Requisite documents for technical evaluation, i.e. iv-viii in (5) below
Section 5 โ Template for Financial Proposal submission form
Section 6 - Form of contract and General conditions of contract
Section 7 โ Special conditions of the contract
6. Your proposal must contain:
Certificates of Incorporation.
Current (2026) operating license from the relevant Regulator.
Tax Compliance / Clearance certificate for 2025.
Latest and certified Regulatorโs supervision/inspection report;
Group affiliation and guarantee on the customers' deposits and Insurance cover policy on customers' Fixed Deposits;
Technical proposal submission form, FORM TECH-1, containing the necessary terms and conditions of the investment.
Financial Proposal Submission form, FORM FIN-1, stating the proposed annual rate of return on the investment.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) to officially open their application. iii.ย The application must be presented in English and be addressed to the Executive Secretary, EASTECO and must be received not later than the deadline given above. iv.ย Opening of the applications shall be done on the same day at 3:00 PM East African Time, or 2.30 PM Rwanda Time .
