Description

The Contracting Authorities seek to establish a legal panel/Framework for the provision of legal services to support each Contracting Authority’s legal requirements. Estimated total value is contained within the ITT.

General Property/Real Estate and Conveyancing (Commercial and Residential). Includes both residential and commercial freehold and leasehold work and may include commonhold tenure.

Development and New Build Housing Disposals. Includes freehold and leasehold work and may include commonhold. Where a Provider acts on a development, site or unit acquisition they may also be instructed on the related onward disposal of units on that site at the Contracting Authority’s discretion.

Planning and Construction. Items such as Drafting, negotiating, varying, advising on and interpreting planning agreements and undertakings (Section 106).

Property Securitisation. Items such as Collation of relevant underlying title information, including Land Registry title entries (and documents referred) and filed plans, unregistered title documents, conveyancing plans, and leases/tenancies/licences.
