Description

NRC Tender Ref. # FWA-PSS-2026 (24th April 2026)

Psychosocial Services

Global announcement:

NRC seeks to establish one or several long term (max. 4 years) global framework agreement(s) to allow our staff around the world to access relevant and high-quality psychosocial support services. NRC is looking for a service provider/s capable of providing psychosocial support services to staff of varying cultural backgrounds, located in multiple time zones, across the globe.

NRC is an international non-governmental organization (iNGO) working with displacement-affected people in 40 countries worldwide, where we help save lives and rebuild futures. We deliver high-quality aid where needs are greatest. When we started our relief efforts after World War II, humanitarian needs were critical. They still are – and we are still there, protecting people forced to flee and supporting them as they build a new future. Today, we work in both new and protracted crises to provide camp management, food assistance, clean water, shelter, legal aid, and education.

Around 9 200 humanitarians work with the Norwegian Refugee Council. The majority of NRC’s staff are employed locally to work in our countries of operation (based in Regions, Country Offices or Area/Sub Offices), and a smaller number work for Head Office, mostly based in Oslo, or other locations in Europe or where NRC has a presence.  Many of our colleagues were once themselves fleeing their homes.
