De opdracht betreft het verrichten van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de openbare verlichtingsinstallaties binnen de grenzen van de ANNO gemeenten inclusief het buitengebied. Ook projectmatige aanleg van openbare verlichting is onderdeel van de overeenkomst. De ANNO gemeenten zijn de gemeenten Achtkarspelen, Dantumadiel, Noardeast-Fryslรขn en Tytsjerksteradiel. De gemeente Dantumadiel is penvoerder en begeleidt deze aanbesteding. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht is 4,1 miljoen over vier jaar. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst over 8 jaar is daarom 9 miljoen.
