De Opdracht betreft het leveren van onderstaande postdienstverlening ten behoeve van de Deelnemende organisaties:
โข Het collecteren, sorteren en bezorgen van uitgaande post, inclusief aangetekende post en brievenbuspakketten, met een binnen- of buitenlandse bestemming. Deze post wordt verzonden vanuit Nederland.
โข Het afhandelen van overige diensten. De overige diensten bestaan uit:
o Fysieke retourpost. Afhandelen van retourpost die gebracht moet worden naar (kantoor)locaties van Deelnemende organisaties binnen Nederland. Deze post kan afkomstig zijn uit binnen- en buitenland.
o Ophalen en brengen van poststukken.
o Doorzendservice van inkomende poststukken naar tijdelijk of nieuw adres,
o Voor perceel 1 geldt dat postbussen, antwoordnummeantwoordnummers, inclusief zendingen naar antwoordnummer onderdeel zijn van de scope.
