Description
The Georgia has received loan from the European Investment Bank (Bank) and the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) to fund the Georgia – Zemo Samgori Irrigation Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement Specialist’s consultancy service. The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia (MEPA) now invites eligible candidates to submit the Proposal to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Procurement Specialist. More details on the Services are provided in Annex 1- Terms of Reference. Procurement procedure will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Guide to Procurement for projects financed by the EIB (GtP) dated March 2024.
