Description
This solicitation is requesting sealed proposals from responsive and qualified distributors in accordance with applicable state and federal laws governing federally funded child nutrition programs. It is the intent of the individual school districts listed in this RFP, hereinafter referred to as the School Food Authority (SFA), to award individual contracts to procure products from qualified bread distributors.Bread distributors are invited to submit proposals to provide bread and bakery products for each SFA. The participating districts have included a district profile sheet outlining the product needs for the individual district and an estimated usage on “Attachment A product sheets with estimated quantities. A bread distributor who submits a proposal in response to this solicitation will be hereinafter referred to as “Distributor” or “Vendor”.
