Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest byWednesday 06 May2026 up to 13 00 hours(Local Time).4.     Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids fromWednesday 06 May 2026from16 00 hourstillFriday08 May 2026up to13 00 hours.5.   Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunderFriday 08 May2026 from 13 01 hoursup to16 00 hours in the Boardroom of National Transport Corporation (NTC), Bonne Terre, Vacoas.6. TheNational Transport Corporation (NTC)reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder as per provision of Section 39(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006.April 2026
