Request for proposals Ukraine 09.04.2026 11.05.2026 Nefco requests proposals for consulting services for support to the Project Implementation Units in implementing Sweden-Ukraine Sustainable Municipal Infrastructure Programme (the Programme). At this stage, the Programme consists of three projects in the municipal wastewater sector with a positive environmental impact. The specific objectives of the three projects in the wastewater sector are to improve treatment capacity, reduce electricity consumption and reduce discharge of nutrients and pollutants and emissions of greenhouse gasses from the wastewater management sector in three cities โ Dobroslav, Kobleve and Poltava.
