Espoon seudun koulutuskuntayhtymä Omnia kilpailuttaa tietoliikennepalveluiden kokonaisuutensa. Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta palvelukokonaisuudesta: • Suljettu Layer 2 tietoliikenneverkko, palomuuripalvelu, internet-yhteys, DDoS-esto, lähiverkon laitteet palveluna ja näihin liittyviä optioita. Toimittajan tulee tarjota kokonaisuutta. Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Kyseessä olevan kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Hankinnassa noudatetaan hankintalakia (1397/2016). Menettelytapana on EU kynnysarvon ylittävä avoin menettely.
