Lieferung und Montage von BKP 25 Sanitäre Anlagen mit folgenden 3-stelligen BKPs: BKP 122 Provisorien Erstellung und Betrieb der erforderlichen Sanitärprovisorien zur Sicherstel-ung der Trinkwasserversorgung während der Bauphase. Koordination der Provisorien mit dem Bauablauf sowie fachgerechter Rückbau nach Abschluss der Arbeiten. BKP 251 Allgemeine Apparate Lieferung und Montage allgemeiner Sanitärapparate und Armaturen gemäss Apparate- und Fabrikateliste. Ausführung geeignet für Alterswohnungen, robust, wartungsarm und schallentkoppelt gemäss SIA 181. BKP 254 Leitungen BKP 2540 Kaltwasser Kaltwasserverteilung ab Hauseintritt gemäss SVGW-Richtlinien. Ausführung mit zwei Druckzonen, inkl. Druckregelung, Absperr-, Entleer- und Spülarmaturen. BKP 2541 Warmwasser Warmwasserverteilung ab zentraler Frischwasserstation. Getrennte Führung der Warmwasserleitungen je Druckzone, hygienegerecht dimensioniert. BKP 2542 Schmutzwasser Schmutzwasserleitungen in schallgedämmter Ausführung mit normgerechtem Gefälle sowie gut zugänglichen Reinigungsöffnungen. BKP 256 Sanitäre Installationselemente BKP 2561 Lieferung Lieferung von sanitären Installationselementen wie Vorwandsystemen, Befestigungsrahmen und Einbauteilen gemäss Planung. BKP 2562 Montage Montage der sanitären Installationselemente inkl. schallentkoppelter Befestigung sowie Sicherstellung der Zugänglichkeit für Revision und Wartung.
