Aninver Development Partners is preparing a consulting proposal for an initiative in Peru focused on digital transformation and capacity building. The project aims to implement an advanced e-learning learning management system to support synchronous and asynchronous courses within the national digital talent platform, enhancing public sector capabilities and technical skills.

We are currently seeking a qualified Coordinador Técnico Capacitador to join our team of experts for this upcoming assignment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise in IT management, virtual education platforms, and training implementation to drive the successful rollout of digital learning solutions in Peru.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Implement an e-learning learning management system for synchronous and asynchronous courses.
• Execute the setup, configuration, and launch of the digital learning platform.
• Ensure seamless integration and robust technical support for educational technologies.
• Facilitate high-quality training and capacity-building activities aligned with digital talent development goals.

Scope of work

• Supply, configure, integrate, and operationalize an e-learning learning management system.
• Support the execution of synchronous and asynchronous courses for the national digital talent platform.
• Design and deploy virtual classrooms and educational technology environments.
• Manage virtual repositories and LMS platforms to optimize user experience and content delivery.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements and standards for digital education.

Your role as Coordinador Técnico Capacitador

• Coordinate technical activities related to the implementation of virtual classrooms and e-learning solutions.
• Lead capacity-building initiatives and training programs using virtual platforms and LMS.
• Oversee the integration of educational and AI technologies within the learning management system.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align technical deliverables with educational objectives.
• Provide technical guidance on virtual repositories and course delivery mechanisms.
• Monitor and report on training execution and system utilization metrics.

Requirements

• Education: Professional degree in Systems and Computing Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or Computer Engineering; completed postgraduate studies in systems, computer engineering, or IT management; collegiate membership; minimum 90 contact hours in the implementation of virtual classrooms, educational technologies, and/or AI technologies; preference for ISO 21001:2018 certification
• Minimum 8 years of general experience in the public and/or private sector
• Minimum 3 services related to teaching, training in virtual platforms, virtual repositories, and/or LMS
• Languages: Spanish

An experienced systems or informatics engineer with a strong background in e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and capacity-building programs in Peru.
