Aninver Development Partners SL is currently seeking an expert Facilitator / Trainer to join our training team for an upcoming assignment supported by the Trade and Development Bank in Kenya. This initiative focuses on the education sector, specifically enhancing institutional capacities through specialized financial training.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can design and deliver engaging capacity-building sessions tailored to participants with diverse skill levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer in complex financial disciplines.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Deliver high-impact training sessions on financial modelling for key stakeholders in Kenya.
• Engage participants effectively, accommodating varying levels of prior financial modelling experience.
• Bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications relevant to the regional financial sector.
• Contribute to the overall success of the capacity-building program supported by the Trade and Development Bank.

Scope of work

• Design comprehensive training materials and curricula focused on financial modelling.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions for target participants.
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback throughout the program.
• Adapt training methodologies to suit the learning needs of diverse institutional groups.
• Collaborate with the broader training team to ensure cohesive delivery of the assignment objectives.

Your role as Facilitator / Trainer (Training Team)

• Lead the facilitation of training modules as a key expert on the team.
• Prepare session plans, presentations, and practical exercises for financial modelling topics.
• Interact directly with participants from financial institutions, development finance institutions, and investment firms.
• Ensure training sessions are delivered to the highest professional standards and within the designated timelines.
• Report on training outcomes and participant feedback to the team lead.

Requirements
