Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Key Expert 2 – ESCO Development and Market Transformation Expert (National) for a infrastructure, environment, social protection consultancy assignment financed by UNIDO in Philippines.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Energy Service Company (ESCO) development, energy efficiency markets, market transformation or technical advisory services. Demonstrated experience developing ESCO programmes, business models, market development initiatives or capacity building programmes for energy service providers.
• Languages: English
• Location: national of / based in the project country

Assignment

• Location: Philippines
• Estimated duration: 12 months
• Contract: individual consultancy (conditional on award)
