Delivery period of the Goods – until 12/31/2026 inclusive.
The Goods are shipped in separate batches according to production needs based on the Buyer's requests. Shipment of the Goods is carried out within 1 (one) working day from the moment the Customer sends a request to the Supplier.
The request must contain information about: the date of the request, delivery address, assortment, quantity of products. The parties have agreed that the Customer sends a request letter for the supply of the relevant batch of Goods in writing via electronic communication with the Supplier (e-mail, or via messenger of the phone number (via Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram), specified in this Agreement with confirmation of the received order by an authorized representative of the Supplier.
The Goods are delivered by the Supplier's transport to the place of delivery specified by the Customer (according to Appendix 2), along with documents related to the Goods and subject to transfer with the Goods. Such documents include: invoice, delivery note, waybill, certificate of conformity for the goods and other documents previously agreed by the Parties to this Agreement.
The Supplier informs the Customer in writing via electronic communication (e-mail, or via messenger of the phone number (via Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram)) at least 1 (one) working day in advance about the date and estimated time of delivery of the Goods.
The fact of acceptance of the Goods is confirmed by the signing of the delivery note by the representatives of the Parties authorized to do so in the prescribed manner.
Acceptance and transfer of Goods in terms of quantity and quality is carried out by the representatives of the Parties in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
