Condensed milk with sugar (DK code 021: 2015 - 15510000-6: "Milk and cream")

Delivery period (term) of Goods:
The Supplier is obliged, upon the Customer's request, to deliver the Goods at its own expense to the Customer along with all documents necessary for the acceptance of the Goods under the Contract, within 5 (five) days from the date of the Customer's request. The Customer's request is submitted by sending it to the postal address or email address indicated in the Supplier's details. The Supplier undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer in full in any case by August 31, 2026 inclusive.
Delivery of the Goods may be carried out in separate batches according to the Customer's request. The volume of each batch is determined by the Customer depending on the actual need. A batch of Goods under the Contract is considered the delivery of Goods in the volume determined by each individual Customer's request.
The Supplier delivers and transfers the Goods to the Customer on DDP terms (in accordance with the International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms INCOTERMS edition 2020) at the Customer's address: Ukraine, Zhytomyr region, Zhytomyr, st.____________. The specific address of the place of delivery of the Goods shall be indicated by the Customer in the request for delivery of the Goods.
Payments are made by the Customer within 30 days after the delivery of the goods and presentation by the Supplier of an invoice (acceptance-transfer act of goods), certified by the seal and signature of the Supplier's representative authorized to sign economic and financial documents.
