Supply of electric energy without distribution
SUPPLY CONDITIONS: Delivery Term: From June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, inclusive. Delivery Location: 63503, Kharkiv region, Chuhuiv, 20 Staronykolska St., Consumer's facilities as per Appendix 2 to the Agreement "LIST OF FACILITIES".
A mandatory condition for supplying electricity to the Consumer is the existence of a duly concluded agreement with the distribution system operator for distribution services, based on which the Consumer acquires the right to receive electricity distribution services. Additionally, the Supplier must have network access and the ability to sell electricity within the operator's service area and have no outstanding debt to the distribution system operator, which the Supplier must confirm with relevant documents when concluding the agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment for electricity is made by the Consumer solely by transferring funds to the Supplier's account, provided that the Supplier submits an acceptance-transfer act by the 5th day of the month following the reporting period. The actual price per unit of Goods for each reporting period is determined after the end of each reporting period according to the procedure defined in Appendix 4 to the Agreement. Payment is made subject to the availability of budget financing within 90 calendar days from the date of invoicing and signing of the acceptance-transfer act by the parties. In case of delay in budget financing, payment for the Goods is made within 15 calendar days from the date the Consumer receives budget financing to their registration account.
