Requirement: the country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran
By submitting a price proposal, the participant confirms that the proposed goods do not originate from the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran.

The price must include direct, general production and administrative costs, including, but not limited to: transportation costs, additional payments to employees due to travel time, communication, insurance, special equipment, funds to cover risks and/or additional costs associated with inflation, all taxes and fees, mandatory payments to be paid by the Supplier for the delivery of the Goods, including value added tax, and other expenses necessary for the execution of the Contract project until its full completion.

The supply of Goods under this Contract is carried out upon the Customer's order without a minimum order quantity within 10 working days from the date of the request. Orders are sent to the Supplier via e-mail or by phone, as specified in the details of the Procurement Contract.
Loading and unloading operations are included in the cost of the goods and are carried out by the Supplier.
If unloading operations are not carried out at the Customer's warehouse, the Goods will not be accepted by the Customer; the Goods will be considered not delivered according to the Customer's order, with the imposition of relevant penalties for improper fulfillment of obligations under this Contract.
Delivery of goods is carried out on DDP terms – Customer's food warehouse (in accordance with the requirements of International Rules "Incoterms-2010") by 10.07.2026 at the address: Vinnytsia, Khmelnytske Highway, 96.
Together with the Goods, i.e., on the day of delivery of the Goods to the Customer's warehouse, the Supplier must provide an authorized representative of the Customer with a delivery note for the delivered Goods.
In the absence of a delivery note for the delivered Goods, the latter will not be unloaded, will not be accepted by the Customer, and the Supplier's obligations under the relevant order will be considered unfulfilled, which is grounds for charging penalties provided for by the Contract and/or unilateral termination of this Contract in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
