Постачальник зобов’язуються поставити Замовнику Товар до 01.06.2026 року включно. Місце поставки товару: Постачальник здійснює поставку та передачу Товару замовнику на умовах DDP (відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Інкотермс у редакції 2020 ) за кінцевим місцем призначення.
Розрахунки за поставлену партію Товару проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником протягом 30 днів після поставки товарів та пред'явлення Постачальником накладної (акту приймання – передачі товарів), завірені печаткою та підписом особи Постачальника, уповноваженої на підписання господарських та фінансових документів.
