Water heater (CPV: 39710000-2 Household electrical appliances)

Acceptance of the Goods of each delivery is carried out in the presence of the Parties' representatives, according to the waybill at the place of Goods delivery.
Acceptance and transfer of Goods is carried out:
- by quantity, in accordance with Instruction P.6 ("Instruction on the procedure for accepting products of industrial and technical purpose and goods by quantity") dated June 15, 1965;
- by quality, in accordance with Instruction P.7 ("Instruction on the procedure for accepting products of industrial and technical purpose and goods by quality") dated April 25, 1966.
If during the acceptance of Goods it is found that the quality (completeness) of the Goods does not meet the requirements of Section III of this Agreement, then such Goods are considered not delivered.
In case of detection by the Customer's representative of non-compliance of the quality (completeness) or quantity of the Goods with the shipping documents, or documents on the quality of the Goods, the Supplier, at its own expense, within 10 calendar days, replaces the Goods with the required quantity, proper quality and completeness. Defective Goods are considered not delivered.
The Customer does not accept Goods by quality without documents confirming its quality.
The Supplier delivers the Goods in the quantity and within the deadlines specified in the Customer's application, as provided for by the Agreement.
The Goods are delivered in accordance with the established shipping standards in packaging that ensures their preservation during transportation, loading and unloading operations, and storage within the periods established by standards and technical conditions.
Place of delivery of Goods: Ukraine, 23222, Vinnytsia region, Vinnytsia district, village Yakushyntsi, "Complex of buildings and structures No. 7".
The deadline for delivery (transfer) of Goods to the Customer is from the date of signing the agreement until July 30, 2026.
