Original language: ukРозрахунок за поставлений Товару здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної Товару. Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються відповідно до підпункту 1 пункту 19 Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 червня 2021 року № 590 (зі змінами та доповненнями) у національній валюті України гривні у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, що вказаний у цьому Договорі. Замовник здійснює оплату в межах отриманого бюджетного фінансування. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється упродовж 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
