Original language: ukПоставка кожної окремої партії Товару здійснюється Постачальником шляхом доставки Товару за власний рахунок до бази Покупця у Дарницькому районі м. Києва відповідно до заявки Покупця.
Строк поставки кожної окремої партії Товару, встановлений в заявці Покупця, не може бути меншим ніж 1 (один) календарний день та не може перевищувати 3 (трьох) календарних днів від дня, наступного за днем отримання Постачальником відповідної заявки Покупця, в тому числі у вихідні та святкові дні.
Постачальник гарантує, що Товар відповідає вимогам ДСТУ Б В.2.7-145:2008, ДСТУ ISO 23599:2017 (ISO 23599:2012, IDT), ДБН В.2.2-40:2018 (зокрема п. 8.2.3 та п. 8.2.5), що підтверджується протоколами випробувань, документами про якість (паспорти якості, або сертифікати якості тощо) та чинними сертифікатами відповідності (за наявності), які надаються Постачальником на етапі укладення Договору.
До здійснення поставки Товару Постачальник зобов’язаний письмово погодити із Замовником виробника Товару та надати документи, а саме протоколи випробувань, документи про якість (паспорти якості, або сертифікати якості тощо) та чинні сертифікати відповідності (за наявності), що підтверджують відповідність запропонованого Товару технічним, якісним, експлуатаційним та іншим характеристикам, визначеним цим Договором, технічною специфікацією та/або іншими документами, що є його невід’ємними частинами. Крім того, Постачальник зобов’язаний до здійснення поставки надати Замовнику зразки Товару, що відповідають характеристикам, зазначеним у Специфікації до Договору, у кількості 1 (однієї) одиниці щодо кожної позиції Товару.
Поставлений Товар оплачується Покупцем протягом 60 (шістдесяти) днів з дати поставки Товару, яка визначається датою підписання Покупцем видаткової накладної на Товар при умові отримання від Постачальника документів, які засвідчують якість Товару
