In accordance with amendments to the Procedure for the formation and use of the electronic catalog, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 14, 2026 No. 33, the Seller must comply with the requirement that the country of origin of the goods cannot be the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus/Islamic Republic of Iran. The Buyer may postpone the acceptance of goods by quantity and quality until the Seller provides documents confirming the quantity and quality of the delivered goods. Delivery of goods is carried out by the Seller at his own expense. When delivering goods, the Seller, in accordance with part 2 of Art. 662 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, must provide the Buyer with the relevant documents (documents confirming the quality/compliance of the goods, etc.). In case, when upon delivery, a violation of the quality of the Goods or a shortage of any quantity is established, the Buyer, together with the Seller's representative, reflects this in the delivery note and draws up a separate act, on the basis of which the Buyer presents a claim to the Seller. In addition, the Buyer may send a claim to the Seller regarding the quality of the received goods - within 15 working days after receiving such goods at the Buyer's warehouse. The claim is sent to the Seller by registered mail with notification of delivery. In these cases, the elimination of defects is carried out by the Seller by his own efforts and at his own expense within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) working days from the date of sending the claim. The warranty period of operation of the Goods is _____ months from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.
