Відповідно до пункту 57 Постанови КМУ від 14.09.2020р року № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу», Товар, що постачається Постачальником за цим Договором, не повинен мати країну походження Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. З метою підтвердження інформації про країну походження Товару, з урахуванням підпункту 5 пункту 62 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 року № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу», на момент укладання Договору Постачальник надає довідку про походження товару, видану виробником, його офіційним представником або дистриб'ютором (з належним підтвердженням їхніх повноважень у вигляді довіренностей або авторизаційних листів виробників), який підтверджує країну походження запропонованого Товару згідно з технічною специфікацією пропозиції Постачальника в електронній системі закупівель. Довідка повинна містити інформацію про найменування товару, виробника та країну походження
