Залишковий термін придатності лікарського препарату на момент постачання повинен складати не менше 80% загального терміну їх зберігання. Поставка товару з меншим строком придатності допускається виключно за згодою Замовника.
Строк (термін) поставки Товару протягом 3-х робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки від Покупця. Поставка Товару здійснюється однією партією згідно кількості, зазначеної Покупцем у замовленні чи специфікації, але в будь-якому разі – до 29.05.2026р. У разі виникнення в Покупця нагальної потреби, останній має право зазначити у замовленні коротший Строк (термін) поставки Товару, а саме, не раніше 24 годин з моменту замовлення.
