The delivered equipment must be original, i.e., it must be a product of the manufacturer of the respective brand. The delivered equipment must be new, unused, in original factory packaging. The delivered equipment must be complete with all necessary power, interface, and other cables, adapters, and accessories required for its normal operation in accordance with the specification. The contract enters into force from the date of its registration in the Ordering Party's registry system. The deadline for delivery under designated position 1 is up to 45 calendar days from the date of registration of the contract in the Ordering Party's registry. The start of all warranty periods begins from the date of signing a bilateral acceptance-transfer protocol without reservations. Payment is made in accordance with the clauses of the performance contract.
