Original language: ukЯкість товару повинна відповідати ТУУ 16.1-00994207-005
- деревина твердих порід, переважно дуб, граб, ясень;
- по довжині – 1,9 м (з відхиленням по довжині ± 0,1 м);
- діаметр від 10 см,
- середньої сухості;
- вологість не більше 20%;
- деревина у вигляді відрізків стовбурів, колод, полін;
- допускається наявність кори не більше 5% на 1 м. куб.;
- деревина повинна бути очищена від сучків і гілок. Висота сучків, що залишилися не повинна перевищувати 10мм.;
- деревина має бути без гнилі та трухляви, не повинні бути обгорілі;
- деревина має бути українського походження.
Поставка Товару здійснюється окремими партіями згідно з заявкою Замовника, але не пізніше 30 квітня 2026 року
Поставки здійснюються транспортним засобом Постачальника, об’єм кузова якого до 10 м3, що обумовлено територіальними особливостями заїзду до господарського двору навчального закладу
Перша поставка товару повинна бути здійснена протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів після підписання договору. Кожна наступна поставка партії Товару повинна здійснюватися Постачальником не пізніше 2 (двох) робочих днів з дати одержання відповідної заявки Замовника. Поставка Товару здійснюється в робочі дні та години: з понеділка по п’ятницю, з 08:00 год. до 16:00 год., за адресою :
48100, Україна, Тернопільська обл., м. Теребовля, вул. Січових Стрільців, буд. 23.
Ціна на товар має бути визначена з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, а також витрат на страхування, транспортування (транспортом Постачальника за рахунок Постачальника), навантаження, розвантаження та інших витрат, визначених законодавством.
Умови оплати: оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється Замовником впродовж 30 календарних днів з моменту отримання кожної окремої партії товару, на підставі належно оформлених первинних документів (товарно-транспортної накладної, видаткової накладної)
