Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити (передати) Покупцю Товар, якість якого відповідає вимогам ТУ У 00994207-005:2018 «Деревина дров’яна. Класифікація, облік, технічні вимоги» . Деревина дров’яна (1 група, неколота) повинна мати довжину від 1,0 м до 1,9 м (допустиме відхилення +0,05 м) та товщину (діаметр) від 5 до 30 см. Вологість деревини не повинна перевищувати 40 % (рекомендована — 30 %). Деревина повинна бути очищена від сучків усіх видів, при цьому їх висота не повинна перевищувати 3,0 см; допускається постачання як у корі, так і без кори. За візуальними характеристиками деревина повинна відповідати таким вимогам: наявність гнилизни (ядрової та заболонної) допускається виключно за умови збереження цілісності деревини та в обсязі, що не перевищує 40 % партії; зовнішня порохнява гнилизна не допускається; ураження комахами допускається за умови збереження цілісності деревини; обвугленість допускається лише поверхнева. Деревина повинна належати до твердих порід, а саме: береза, дуб, граб, бук, ясен, берест, клен.
