Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товарів здійснюється відповідно до заявки Замовника у робочі дні. Доставка виконується узгодженими партіями транспортом Продавця. Замовник не несе відповідальності за затримку фінансування Договору, яка сталася не з його вини. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування та/або затримки здійснення платежів не з вини Замовника, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок та/або можливості здійснити платіж. Строк придатності товару на момент поставки повинен становити не менше 80% від загального строку придатності.
