The participant includes the following costs in the price of the goods: delivery of goods; loading and unloading services upon delivery of goods to the Customer's territory; (Bags after delivery of goods to the supplier (Participant) are not returned), in which the goods are delivered. Place of delivery of goods: UPO of Zhytomyr region (Zhytomyr, Lvivskyi lane, 4). The participant determines the price for the goods offered for supply under the Contract, taking into account all their costs for delivery to the institution, storage, loading, unloading of goods, packaging costs, insurance of goods, taxes and fees, and other necessary payments that are paid or to be paid. The price of the participant's offer does not include expenses related to participation in this procurement procedure, and they are not reimbursed by the customer under any circumstances. The supply of goods is carried out in batches (batches not exceeding 22 tons) after the conclusion of the contract, which are agreed upon by the parties depending on the actual needs of the customer. The supply (transfer) of goods is carried out by the Supplier's transport according to the applications submitted by the Customer on working days and hours no later than 5 days from the date of the Customer's application/request for the required volumes and date of delivery of goods. When delivering goods, accompanying documents confirming their origin, quality, and compliance with state standards must be provided. When accepting goods, the volume of goods must correspond to the volume indicated in the accompanying documents. Goods are transported in clean, dry vehicles, protected from precipitation, in accordance with the cargo transportation rules in force for the relevant type of transport.
