Original language: ukЗ метою дотримання вимог ДСТУ 4590:2006 та 3143:2013 щодо рекомендованого строку зберігання свинини та м'яса птиці, поставка (передача) товару здійснюється партіями 1 раз на тиждень, в робочий час транспортом Постачальника, згідно з наданими заявками Покупця за адресами закладів освіти.
Товар при поставці повинен супроводжуватись документами, що підтверджують якість та безпеку, а саме: копіями посвідчень про якість, та/або висновків санітарно–епідеміологічної експертизи, та/або декларації виробника, та/або іншим документальним підтвердженням якості та безпеки товару (у передбачених законодавством випадках).
Згідно Постанови КМУ від 24.03.2021 № 305 "Про затвердження норм та Порядку організації харчування у закладах освіти та дитячих закладах оздоровлення та відпочинку" та ДСТУ 4590:2006 свинина має бути нежирна (менше 15 грамів жиру на 100 грамів м’яса), незавітрена, без ослизнювання, без бахромок, краї зарівняні, глибина надрізів м'язової тканини не більше ніж 10 мм, без стороннього запаху.
Згідно Постанови КМУ від 24.03.2021 № 305 "Про затвердження норм та Порядку організації харчування у закладах освіти та дитячих закладах оздоровлення та відпочинку" та ДСТУ 3143:2013 м'ясо птиці (філе куряче) має бути без шкіри та кісток, колір від блідо-рожевого до рожевого, без стороннього запаху, консистенція охолодженого м'яса: м'язи щільні, пружні.
Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран
