Настоящата поръчка цели изпълнението на строително- монтажни и строително- ремонтни ремонти работи на покривa на сграда с идентификатор 63427.2.5105.8 - Хирургически блок 1, находящa се в гр. Русе, ул. „Независимост“ №2. Ремонтът на покривa се налага предвид установени повреди и амортизации, настъпили вследствие на дългогодишна експлоатация и въздействието на атмосферните условия. Целта на предстоящия текущ ремонт е да се възстанови експлоатационната годност на покривa, да се осигури неговата водоплътност и устойчивост при атмосферни влияния, както и да се удължи експлоатационния му срок. Чрез ремонта ще се предотвратят течове и щети по интериора, оборудването и инсталациите в подпокривните помещения. Предвидените СМР/СРР дейности са посочени в количествената сметка.
