Тест-смужки для аналізу сечі мають бути сумісними у використанні з аналізатором сечі CITOLAB READER 300. Під час приймання Товару уповноважений представник Замовника перевіряє кількість, якість, найменування, технічні характеристики Товару тощо. Факт приймання Товару, а також відсутність зауважень до Товару підтверджується підписанням уповноваженими представниками Сторін належним чином (відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства) оформленої видаткової накладної на Товар. Право власності на Товар переходить від Постачальника до Замовника з моменту підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної на Товар. Строк поставки Товару: з дати підписання договору до 30 квітня 2026 року включно. Місце поставки Товару: 16700, Чернігівська обл., Прилуцький р-н, м. Ічня, вул. Ковалівка, буд. 6. Товар, що поставляється за цим Договором, повинен бути упакований Постачальником таким чином, щоб виключити можливість його пошкодження або знищення при транспортуванні. Товар та упаковка до нього повинні бути марковані та позначені необхідною, доступною та достовірною інформацією, передбаченою чинним законодавством України.
