The delivered office supplies must comply with European requirements for quality, safety, and environmental protection. When carrying out deliveries, the Contractor must deliver office supplies that fully comply with the Contracting Authority's technical specifications. 3. Periodic deliveries of office supplies to the addresses of the Central Office of the National Health Insurance Fund and the 28 Regional Health Insurance Funds are carried out after preliminary written requests from the Contracting Authority. 4. Upon receipt of a written request from the respective site of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor, with provided transport at their own expense, must deliver the office supplies in packaging suitable for storage and transport. 5. The Contractor must deliver the ordered quantities and types of items to the Contracting Authority's sites within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment the request is submitted by the respective site of the Contracting Authority. 6. Claims: 6.1. In case of a hidden factory defect (with proper operation and storage) or other malfunction, the Contractor is obliged to send a representative within 24 (twenty-four) hours after notification by the Contracting Authority to establish the claim and carry out the replacement immediately. 6.2. In case of a claim for quantity discrepancies and visible factory defects, confirmed by a mutually signed protocol, the Contractor shall replace them within 24 (twenty-four) hours. 7. To the technical proposal, participants must submit a description and/or catalog materials and color photographic material in A4 format of the proposed office supplies. The description and/or catalog materials and color photographic material submitted will be used to establish the conformity of the proposed goods with the Contracting Authority's technical specifications, regarding the characteristics of the items specified in the technical specification. In the materials submitted, information about the prices of the items must not appear anywhere and in any way.
