Delivery of office supplies, included in the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, for the needs of the municipal administration and subordinate budget managers of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo

The public procurement includes the delivery of office supplies that fall under the list in Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Deliveries are periodic and are carried out upon prior request, depending on the specific needs of the municipal administration and the subordinate budget managers of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo. The Contracting Authority, through its representative, orders the types and quantities of office supplies. The goods subject to delivery, along with the Contracting Authority's requirements regarding their technical and functional characteristics, unit of measure, and estimated quantity for a period of two years, are listed in detail in Annex No. 1a to the Technical Specification. The indicated quantities are estimates (indicative), therefore the Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase, decrease them, or not order a specific item. The term for the execution of the public procurement is 2 years from the date of signing the public procurement contract, or until the maximum permissible value of the contract is reached, whichever occurs first. The indicated estimated value of the procurement represents the maximum permissible value of the public procurement contract. Pursuant to Art. 12 of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with Art. 80 of the Implementing Regulations of the Public Procurement Act, the procurement is reserved for participation by specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities within the meaning of § 2, item 46 of the Final Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, as the items subject to the procurement are included in the list under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, determined by Decision No. 591 of the Council of Ministers of 18.07.2016.
