Original language: ukКакао-порошок, 12% – Повинен бути від світло-коричневого до темно-коричневого кольору, тускло сірий відтінок не допускається. Смак і запах характерний какао-порошку без стороннього смаку та запаху. З маркуванням на кожній упаковці.
На кожній упаковці повинна бути наклейка-етикетка з чинною нормативною документацією. Маркування містить: назву, вид, ґатунок, склад продукту, умови зберігання, назву країни, масу, кінцеву дату споживання, назва та місцезнаходження підприємства, дані про харчову та енергетичну цінність. Без ГМО, консервантів та барвників, що має бути зазначено на упаковці.
Залишковий термін придатності на момент постачання повинен складати не менше ніж 90% від загального терміну зберігання.
Товар повинен відповідати нормам ДСТУ, ТУ, що діють на території України та мати посвідчення якості і декларацію від виробника на кожну партію, що постачається інших документів.
Кожна партія предмету закупівлі має супроводжуватися документами (накладними, товарно-транспортними накладними на кожну партію товару, належні документи, що підтверджують якість Товару (сертифікат відповідності, декларація про відповідність або ін.), його походження, дату виготовлення та технічні характеристики).
Поставка Товару здійснюється: Какао-порошок, 12% – 1 раз на кожні 30 календарних днів протягом дії договору, до 18 грудня 2026 року, транспортом Постачальника чи транспортом перевізника за рахунок Постачальника протягом 5-ти робочих днів з 8.00 до 16.00 з моменту отримання заявки від відповідальної особи Замовника, яка передається телефонним зв’язком або електронною поштою.
Постачання продукції проводиться по заявці Замовника за адресою Замовника: вулиця Річкова, 32, село Токарі, Миргородський район, Полтавська область, склад.
Розвантажувальні роботи згідно договору за рахунок Постачальника. Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання та проставляння ними своїх печаток (у разі їх використання) і діє до 31.12.2026 року.
