“Building with administrative address Haskovo, residential complex Badema, block 12”

The building under survey – block 12 in the "Badema" residential complex, located in PI 77195.717.14 according to the cadastral map of Haskovo, was built in 1989 as a prefabricated, reinforced concrete, frameless, large-panel structure, built according to a standard project of KIPP "Glavproekt" for a large-panel residential construction system (EPZHS) BP-87-Gl-1. The building is located in UPI- II, quarter 613, Haskovo and consists of three entrances/sections. The executed sections are "312" for entrance "A", section "223" for entrance "B", and section "223" for entrance "C". The individual sections are separated by a deformation joint. The mentioned joint also serves as an earthquake-resistant joint. Entrance "A" consists of 5 residential floors, a semi-basement level, unusable attic space, and a machine room. The entrance door faces west. Vertical communication is provided by one double-flight reinforced concrete staircase and one elevator. The semi-basement level houses storage rooms – apartment basements and common use rooms. Part of the corridors and basements have natural lighting through basement windows. This entrance has 15 apartments (10 two-room and 5 one-room), with two two-room and one one-room apartment on each residential floor (total of 3 apartments per floor). Entrance "B" consists of 6 residential floors, a semi-basement level, unusable attic space, and a machine room. The entrance door faces north. Vertical communication is provided by one double-flight reinforced concrete staircase and one elevator. The semi-basement level houses storage rooms – apartment basements and common use rooms. Part of the corridors and basements have natural lighting through basement windows. This entrance has 18 apartments (12 two-room and 6 three-room), with two two-room and one three-room apartment on each residential floor (total of 3 apartments per floor). Entrance "C" consists of 8 residential floors, a semi-basement level, unusable attic space, and a machine room. The entrance door faces north. Vertical communication is provided by one double-flight reinforced concrete staircase and one elevator. The semi-basement level houses storage rooms – apartment basements and common use rooms. Part of the corridors and basements have natural lighting through basement windows. This entrance has 24 apartments (16 two-room and 8 three-room), with two two-room and one three-room apartment on each residential floor (total of 3 apartments per floor). On the inter-floor landings in all three entrances, there is one cleaning supply room each. On the ground floor, this room is separate from the entrance of the respective section and has its own external exit.
