Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка, по смисъла на чл. 3, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП. Обществената поръчка е изпълнима при условията, описани в документацията за участие в процедурата с предмет: „Доставка на нетни количества активна електрическа енергия (високо/средно/ниско напрежение) и избор на координатор на стандартна балансираща група за срок от 12 месеца” – ТП ДГС Маджарово” с прогнозна стойност в размер до 3323,40 евро /три хиляди и триста двадесет и три евро и 40 цента/ без ДДС за срок от 12 месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора и съгласно Техническата спецификация“.
