Original language: GreekΤο συνολικό αντικείμενο της σύμβασης περιγράφεται ως εξής: Σκοπός του συγκεκριμένου έργου είναι η σύναψη σύμβασης συντήρησης – υποστήριξης του ΠΣ Εργάνη για περίοδο δυο ετών, η οποία θα καλύπτει αντικείμενα όπως η διόρθωση σφαλμάτων και η υποστήριξη των διαχειριστών του συστήματος σε όλα τα επιμέρους αντικείμενα που συνθέτουν το πληροφοριακό σύστημα όπως θα παρατεθούν στην συνέχεια (λογισμικό εφαρμογών, λογισμικό συστήματος). Ειδικά για το λογισμικό εφαρμογών, δεδομένου ότι διενεργούνται συνεχείς αναθεωρήσεις των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών του Υπουργείου Εργασίας και Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης, της Ανεξάρτητης Αρχής Επιθεώρησης Εργασίας και της ΔΥΠΑ και το εργασιακό καθεστώς είναι συνεχώς εξελισσόμενο, άρα ενδέχεται να προκαλούνται συχνά μεταβολές στο σχετικό θεσμικό πλαίσιο, είναι αναγκαία η εξασφάλιση υπηρεσιών εξελικτικής συντήρησης (εκτός από επανορθωτικής που αναφέρεται ανωτέρω), η οποία θα περιλαμβάνει τις απαραίτητες προσθήκες, τροποποιήσεις και προσαρμογές στις εφαρμογές. Συνεπώς, το συγκεκριμένο έργο αφορά στην εξασφάλιση όλων των απαραίτητων προϋποθέσεων για την ομαλή και απρόσκοπτη παραγωγική λειτουργία του Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος του Υπουργείου Εργασίας και Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης, μέσω στοχευμένων δράσεων και παροχής υποστηρικτικών υπηρεσιών στην παραγωγική λειτουργία του συστήματος. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων CPV: 72250000-2 (Υπηρεσίες Συστήματος και Υποστήριξης) Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο των ζητούμενων υπηρεσιών και δεν μπορεί να ξεπερνούν το συνολικό προϋπολογισμό του διαγωνισμού δηλαδή τα 4.417.500,00 €, μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του συντελεστή Φ.Π.Α. 24% Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 4.417.500,00 € μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24 % (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: 5.477.700,00 €). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται έως 24 μήνες από τις 14η Μάϊου 2026 και θεωρείται ολοκληρωμένη εφόσον παραληφθούν οριστικά, ποσοτικά και ποιοτικά το σύνολο των παραδοτέων, και εφόσον εκπληρωθούν και οι τυχόν λοιπές συμβατικές ή νόμιμες υποχρεώσεις του αναδόχου. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας Διακήρυξης.
