В предмета на поръчката са включени следните основни дейности: - Изготвяне на комплексен доклад за оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект за съответствие със съществените изисквания по чл. 169, ал.1, т.1-6 от ЗУТ при спазване на изискванията на чл. 142, ал.5 от ЗУТ. - Изпълнение на консултантски услуги по упражняване на строителен надзор по време на строителството на обекта съгл. чл.166, ал.1, т.1 и т.2, чл.168 и чл.169б, ал.1 от ЗУТ в обем и обхват съгласно изискванията на ЗУТ и подзаконови нормативни актове, включително осъществяване на контрол относно пълнота и правилно съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството, съгл. Наредба №3/2003 г. - Изготвяне на окончателен доклад до Възложителя, съгласно чл. 168, ал. 6 от ЗУТ; - Изпълняване на функциите на Координатор по безопасност и здраве, съгласно Наредба №2 от 22.03.2004 година за минималните изисквания за здравословни и безопасни условия на труд при изпълнение на строително – монтажни работи; - Изготвяне на технически паспорт съгласно чл. 176а от ЗУТ и Наредба №5 от 28.12.2006 година за техническите паспорти за строежите.
