З метою єдиного підходу до оцінки тендерних пропозицій Учасників процедура відкритих торгів оголошена без врахування ПДВ, щоб не допустити переплати і недоотримання Замовником податкового кредиту у випадку визначення переможцем неплатника ПДВ. Під час заповнення ціни тендерної пропозиції в ЕЛЕКТРОННІЙ СИТЕМІ ЗАКУПІВЕЛЬ Учасник зазначає ціну тендерної пропозиції в гривнях без врахування ПДВ.
