Подлежащите на доставка артикули следва да съответстват напълно на всички изисквания на Възложителя от техническите спецификации. Предлаганите артикули следва да са нови, неупотребявани, да не са мостри и да не са рециклирани и да се доставят в оригинална опаковка с ненарушена цялост. В Техническите спецификации не се съдържат изисквания, насочващи към определен производител или доставчик, нито търговска марка, патент или произход, характеризиращи артикулите. В случай на посочване от Възложителя в Техническата спецификация на стандарти, модели, източници, процеси, търговски марки, патенти, типове, произход или производство следва да се има предвид "и /или еквивалент"
