Помідори (томати) свіжі, тепличні, округлі, ДСТУ 3246 - 2400 кг - по ціні не вище 120,00 грн. за 1 кг
Поставка товару за цим Договором здійснюється партіями відповідно до заявки Замовника протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту її надсилання Постачальнику. Заявка надсилається шляхом надіслання електронного листа з електронної адреси Замовника на електронну адресу Постачальника. Доказом отримання заявки вважати лист-підтвердження про отримання заявки від Постачальника протягом однієї робочої доби. У разі відсутності такого листа у зазначений строк, заявка Замовника вважається прийнятою Постачальником у повному обсязі та підлягає виконанню. Доказом, що свідчить про направлення заявки Замовником на електронну адресу Постачальника вважати роздрукований на папері скріншот текстової інформації з електронної скриньки Замовника, що містить відомості про час та дату направлення такої заявки, який засвідчений згідно з вимогами законодавства.
Оплата товару проводиться у національній валюті України. Розрахунок за товар здійснюється лише після його фактичного отримання Замовником на підставі належним чином оформлених видаткових накладних Постачальника впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання товару та відповідних документів, що є підставою для оплати. Підставою для проведення оплати вважається накладна Постачальника. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій рахунок.
Країною походження товару не може бути російська федерація / Республіка Білорусь / Ісламська Республіка Іран.
